Just saw this on Joel’s Future of Real Estate Marketing Blog about HotPad’s Real Estate Technology timeline. The timeline looks like a work in progress. The earliest entry is the launch of Craigslist in 1995 to Zillow’s 30 million dollars in additional financing on September 20th, 2007.
